About Our Client

My client is well known in the transport industry for their excellence and achievements. Rapidly growing they are in need of a Purchase Ledger clerk to support their close knit team for a month.

Job Description

  • Invoice processing
  • End to end purchase ledger
  • Query resolution
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers
  • Minimise Purchase Invoice volumes awaiting approval / in query and approval/query resolution times
  • Invoice Postings, obtaining Approvals & Query management
  • Creating and managing Payment runs
  • Monthly reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • AP / Purchase to Pay
  • Competent user of multiple technology systems, applications, etc. Ideally with exposure to Oracle 12
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly numerate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT literacy
  • Driven by meeting challenges and exceeding targets
