About Our Client
This expanding property organisation operates throughout the UK and have seen considerable growth over the last few years. As a result for their approach they have now positioned themselves as one of the top businesses within their market. They are now looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the finance function of their business based in Leeds City Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for; but not limited to: dealing with incoming post, processing all invoices in line with the company procedures, input, scan and distribute invoices and credit notes, deal with any customer/supplier queries, reconcile supplier statements/accounts, process weekly payment runs, liaise with suppliers to ensure business accounts are process promptly and any other ad hoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
- Have solid experience within a Purchase Ledger position - Essential
- Be accurate and reliable in their approach to their work - Essential
- Have good communication skills - Essential
