Job Description

This role is working in a team of three and is reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Matching, batchinga nd coding invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Payment runs
  • Investigatin discrepancies and resolving queries
  • Liasing regulary with suppliers
  • Report updates to line manager in monthly meetings

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will;

  • Have relevant experience in an accountancy environment - Essential
  • Be keen and enthusiastic - Essential
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills - Essential
  • Have Intermediate MS Excel skills - Desirable
