Job Description

Reporting into the Finance Manager the purchase ledger clerk role will have the following responsibilities:

*Process & Pay Inter company Settlements
*Supplier invoices and credit notes
*Reconcile supplier statements
*Prepare weekly payment runs via BACS
*Processing monthly accruals and prepayments

The Successful Applicant

The successful purchase ledger clerk MUST have the following:

*Attention to detail

*Proven track record in a purchase ledger clerk role

*Excellent communications skills

*Proficient on Microsoft excel

*A strong team player

*Experience of Kerridge system would be an advantage
