Job Description

Reporting into the PL Manager, you will be playing an important role within the team, your duties will include:

  • Purchase ledger invoice processing
  • Investigating and resolving purchase ledger queries
  • Compiling supplier payment run listings
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assist in month end
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Special projects
  • Dealing with multiple currencies

The Successful Applicant

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk:

  • Experience within a shared service centre / large company
  • Purchase Ledger/Accounts payable experience is essential
  • A strong team player with a flexible approach
