Job Description

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing allocated suppliers
  • Matching, Batching and Coding of invoices
  • Managing new supplier details and entering onto Sage
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Expenses Payments
  • Assisting the management accountants in month-end closing procedure

The Successful Applicant

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will have:

  • Experienced with Sage and Excel
  • The ability to deal with a varied and heavy workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with SUN 6 (desirable)
