Job Description

  • Code and check invoices
  • Work out VAT payments
  • Pay out money via BACS or by cheque
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • File invoices and statements
  • Deal with purchase enquiries
  • Process staff expenses
  • Process electronic downloads for both subcontract and purchase ledger.
  • Process manual applications and invoices.
  • Liaise with regional staff regarding queries with invoices.
  • Setup new accounts on the system, ensuring they are approved in advance.
  • Deal with any queries internally and externally.
  • Reconciliations - Monthly and annually.
