About Our Client

My client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk to join their finance team as the business is expanding.

Job Description

  • Maintaining the cash book register
  • Processing BACS Payments
  • Processing CHAPS Payments
  • Processing Supplier Invoices by capturing supplier invoices, matching invoices with orders and checking the accuracy of the invoice content and coding
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparing and assisting with reports required by the business
  • Maintaining an accurate and efficient filing system
  • Preparing and updating processes and procedures

The Successful Applicant

Must have Purchase Ledger Clerk experience

System experience of Navision is preferred however not essential

Good Excel skills

High volume invoice processing
