About Our Client

Our client is a major international organisation with offices across the UK

Job Description

  • Liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders to maintain, build and enhance working relationships, resolving all Purchase Ledger queries satisfactorily
  • Ensure all Purchase Ledger month end duties are completed by pre-set deadlines
  • Preparing and processing weekly supplier payment runs for UK & Overseas suppliers
  • Checking, monitoring and recording employee expense claims in to Agresso
  • Contribute towards the continual departmental improvement initiatives
  • Assist & respond to any reasonable request from senior management
  • Reconciling supplier statements on a monthly basis
  • Contribute as a gatekeeper to the accurate coding of supplier invoices and employee expenses.
  • To understand, monitor and enforce the Authorities matrix ensuring financial documents are authorised correctly in line with.

The Successful Applicant

to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Strong working knowledge of the Accountants Payable function
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eye for detail & accuracy
  • Intermediate / Advanced Excel
