My client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their expanding team. You will be working for a very established business with a profitable turnover and plenty of scope within a organisation to progress.

Job Description

Operational responsibility for the Purchasing SharePoint site

Arrange travel invoicing - ensuring best value for money taking a holistic travel time/cost approach

Management of Outlook based meeting rooms

Provide day to day purchase administration support to the Purchasing General Managers, including document creation, diary and expense management

Purchase Order receipting for Purchasing contract staff

Responsible for reviewing and reporting Purchasing housekeeping

Responsible for managing Purchasing hospitality cards

The Successful Applicant

Good communication skills at all levels

Able to work under their own initiative

Able to be adaptable and achieve deadlines

Possess an attention to detail

Highly organised person who is process driven and able to liaise with multiple individuals

Previous experience in a Purchase Administrator

Background knowledge of the Automotive industry would be advantageous

Highly computer literate with Microsoft Applications and Tools

Specific knowledge and experience in Microsoft SharePoint is essential
