About Our Client

This large and expanding shared service centre based in North Liverpool are looking to take on a new purchase ledger clerk to join the existing team of 8.

This role is due to contract expansion after moving into the European market in the last 2 years and on the back of this experiencing constant growth.

Job Description

Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Team Leader the purchase ledger clerk will be responsible for:

  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Matching, Batching and coding
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Supplier queries.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be from a similar purchase ledger clerk background and will either have shared service centre experience or be from a high volume accountancy department.

This candidate will be available immediately and be looking to move into a role that will go permanent after a probation period.
