My client is a globally recognised brand specialising in the commercial/industrial automotive sector

Job Description

  • Ensure all daily and monthly purchase ledger deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with management at all levels to minimise the risk on outstanding invoices.
  • Timely and accurate completion in the processing of invoices.
  • SAP workflow management.
  • Complete the reconciliation of supplier accounts on a monthly basis to company guidelines.
  • Handle and sort telephone queries from suppliers plus our customers.
  • Liaise with business controllers and operational management to ensure the efficient processing of Accounts Payable transactions.
  • Compliance with the principles of SOX.
  • Compliance with the requirements of internal controls for audit purposes.
  • Any other duties that may be reasonably requested by your manager

The Successful Applicant

  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills must be pro-active
  • A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines on scanning
  • Able to communicate with staff/internal & external customers at all levels
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of sap however training will be given
  • Good organisational communicational skills
