A leading property and housing organisations based in Central London that owns over 25,000 properties

Job Description

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, the Purchase Ledger Assistant duties will include:

  • Scanning invoices onto the system and allocating for approval by line manager
  • Coding invoices as appropriate
  • Manage outstanding invoices for approval by liaising with users/suppliers
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal staff to ensure queries are identified and resolved

The Successful Applicant

The successful Purchase Ledger Assistant will have at least 18 months experience working in a similar high volume role and will be able to demonstrate how they can hit the ground running.

Previous experience of proactively dealing with line managers to solve queries is essential along with excellent communication skills.

Sun systems exposure is desirable but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is happy to work in a Purchase Ledger role for 18-2 years and then have an opportunity to potentially move to another area of finance.
