About Our Client

This well known business with a reputation of staff satisfaction, career progression and an excellent working environment are looking for a Purchase Ledger assistant to join the Finance team. Although this is for a 6 month contract, as the company are so rapidly growing, there is a possibility for the position to be extended.

Job Description

As a Purchase Ledger Assistant key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing all payment to suppliers
  • Processing invoices, expenses and credit cards
  • Running weekly and month end reports
  • Liaising with suppliers to build relationships
  • Dealing with any queries
  • Supporting the rest of the accounts time

The Successful Applicant

This Purchase Ledger Assistant opportunity is ideally for someone who has:

  • Purchase Ledger experience
  • Good understanding of Outlook, EXCEL, and Word
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and to specific standards

What's on Offer

Our client is looking to pay a basic salary of £20000- £25000 and on site parking included.

There is also the possibility of moving into a permanent position with the business, plus benefits.
