Job Description

This role will be assisting with the Purchase Ledger and Expenses and will report into the Purchase Ledger Manager.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Authorising and coding of employee expenses for credit card and cash claims
  • processing, Authorising and coding of overhead invoices
  • Preparing payment runs and ad hoc payments
  • Statement reconciliation and creditor reviews

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience in a finance setting - Essential
  • Competent IT skills including Excel - Essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - Essential
  • Strong relationship building skills - Essential
  • Expenses processing - including corporation tax and VAT recovery rules - Desirable
  • Multi-currency exposure - Desirable
