Job Description

As a Property Manager, the ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Support the management function in maximising rental returns and minimising tenancy void periods
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support the acquisition of property to achieve organisational targets and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service PRS residents as their first point of contact
  • To work within defined budgetary objectives
  • Maintain the relevant records and systems
  • To ensure compliance of areas controlled in respect of governance and adherence to relevant statutory and regulatory provisions

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Property Manager role will:

  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge of the Assured Shot-Hold Tenancy Legislation and proven experience of the London letting market
  • Have experience within a reputable large estate/letting agency
  • Exceptional organisational and presentational skills, written and verbal
  • Proven Track record in delivering on objectives within a demanding 'customer focused' commercial environment
  • A full clean driving licence and car
