About Our Client

This Property Data Coordinator role sits in the building maintenance team of a housing association in South London.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the housing management system to improve the effectiveness of the database tools and services, monitoring database performance and reporting/escalating any impacting issues.

Identify and contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives by carrying out gap analysis audits on Orchard for current processes and identify issues and design new solutions.

Act as a 'Subject Matter Specialist' for Orchard and identify further development solutions, supporting the Contact Centre Manager by delivery/implementation of improvements within agreed deadlines.

Working in partnership globally across the organisation, providing experience and knowledge of the operations to provide input into the development of both new and existing contracts and applications to meet user requirements.

Provide support to the Contact Centre Manager and customers with reporting/analysis of data relating to work order/telephony activities.

Update management of authorised security and access rights for the various systems used by the Building Maintenance Teams.

Assist in producing operating processes, controlled documentation and work flow charts

Undertake audit of business processes and advise line manager of any non-compliance to quality standards.

Monitor and validate the quality of all data submissions, working with client teams/contractors to rectify data errors prior to performance reports being delivered

You will be required to operate under the Contact Centre Manager, communicating effectively, proactively, managing your workload effectively, providing system support and managing system updates.

Support the Contact Centre Manager with transition activities to mobilise new services/initiatives delivered from within the contact centre.

The Successful Applicant


3 years experience of designing and delivering complex performance reports.

Experience with using a range of databases/systems

Must be competent on Excel

Analysing complex performance data and using it to manage housing performance

Experience of project management

Experience of working in a contractual setting understanding the use of various forms of contract within a repairs and maintenance setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience of investigating complaints and providing written reports and responses to complaints

Ability in producing operating processes, controlled documentation and work flow charts.
