About Our Client

Excellent Client based in Manchester is seeking a strong Property Coordinator to join their team.

Job Description

  • Perform Credit Control Duties
  • Deal with Service Charge issues
  • Maintain Filing System, update Property database
  • Deal with tenant applications and queries on behalf of the Property Managers
  • Act as point of contact to recover monies owed through tenancies, leases and other agreements to meet deadline's.
  • Work with cash office and Property Managers to chase outstanding tent, deals with rent arrears
  • Work with Service charge team and Facilities Manager to ensure service charge closures are dealt with promptly
  • Log all insurance claim and send to relevant parties
  • Write reports for Property Managers as an when required
  • Manage Properly Managers team schedules
  • Deal with incoming and out going post
  • Order stationary
  • Managing utilities within managed properties and resolve queries
  • Liaise with H&S Consultants
  • Compile property inspection reports and liaise with Property Managers

The Successful Applicant

Property Coordinator Role;

  • Must have a track in Credit Control
  • Previously worked in an administration role
  • Dealt with customers and tenants in previous role
  • Must be customer focused and very organised
  • Prior experience of working in a commercial property business is desired
  • Good knowledge of Service Charge
