Job Description

Our client is a global, successful, well known, management consultancy firm, looking to recruit a Project Coordinator.

Your role will be to coordinate all operational aspects of a small to medium size client projects, and will support Project Managers in executing large global client projects. You will need to keep the project execution on track internally through project planning and monitoring. You will also be a primary contact for fielding client requests. Your duties will include:

  • Liaising with clients over the phone and via email to organise assessment tools, interactive learning, coaching, consulting and instructor lead training.
  • Create and maintain basic project plans, making sure deadlines for the project are being met, updating Stakeholders
  • Support Project Managers on larger engagements, making sure revenue is recognised and forecasting is correct
  • Be aware of project staffing needs; work with necessary stakeholders to fulfil those needs
  • Track project expenses
  • Produce invoice requests
  • Use Excel to compile budget and status reports as needed
  • Serve as a primary pint of contact for direct communication with the participants, client, faculty, coaches and/or third party vendors
  • Participate in client facing meetings (drive prep, agenda, taking notes at meetings)
  • Enter project details on to SAP
  • Provide project administrative support using Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry, file maintenance etc

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Have previously worked as a Projects Administrator or Projects Coordinator
  • Have excellent time management, mulit tasking and organisational skills
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Be able to work with little supervision, be detail orientated and be able to meet deadlines set
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

What's on Offer

On offer is a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 + fantastic benefits package
