Job Description

As Project Administrator your duties will include:

  • Supporting a team of Project Executives
  • Monitoring department inboxes
  • Booking team meetings/travel arrangements
  • Providing client admin support
  • Creating both internal and external reports
  • Monitoring project progress
  • Ensuring all department KPIs are met
  • General administrative duties

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have excellent systems skills (Excel in particular)
  • Have previously held a similar role
  • Ideally be degree-educated

A prior knowledge of project administration would be highly desirable
