About Our Client

Our client, based in North Bristol are looking for a Project Administrator to join their expanding team on a 6 month fixed term contract

Job Description

The responsibilities of the Project Admnistrator will include, but are not limited to:-

  • Producing reports using Word, Excel and Visio MS Office systems
  • Monitoring each project from order entry to completion
  • Ensuring issues are reacted to in a timely manner
  • Organise and support critical aspects to meet customer delivery
  • Coordinating and organising activities surrounding the project cycle
  • Supporting the Project Management team
  • Managing order entry data, vendor and shipping documentation
  • Providing customer service, sales support, and backup to Project Manager
  • Data Analysis

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the role of Project Administrator will possess:-

  • Experience using Visio
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • The ability to demonstrate experience in creating and maintaining spreadsheets utilizing MS Office programs
  • Intermediate to expert level of MS Word and Excel is required
  • Must be able to work independently while multi-tasking
