About Our Client

Our client are looking to offer a full time, permanent contract. Based out of their modern, corporate offices located in Gatwick.

Job Description

The role will involved the following duties however, they are subject to change in response to business needs:

  • Project Administration
  • Document Management
  • Diary Management
  • Organising and Booking Travel
  • Filing/Archiving
  • Manage the day to day work of the firms Insurance Policies
  • Understanding the Brand and acting as a Brand Champion

The Successful Applicant

Strong administrative and/or project administration experience

Highly organised - you will need to be able to manage a busy and varied workload, being adept at managing multiple tasks/projects

Problem solving skills

Team player who is also able to work on their own initiative

Strong communication skills, able to liaise at all levels effectively

Great eye for detail and accuracy

A flexible approach, as well as being adaptable

Discreet when handling confidential information

Our client are looking at offering a full time, permanent position.

Based at their offices in Gatwick, West Sussex

Working Hours : 9.00am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary £25,000 - 30,000 per annum
