About Our Client

My client is a globally recognised brand in logistics.

Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for;

Procurement E-mail In-Box -

  • Fuel ordering for Centres
  • Fuel Levels Monitoring
  • Responding to requests to procure/source items not in UPS Oracle catalogue
  • Dealing with queries from Centres

Liaising with supplier Account Managers to resolve queries.

Maintain /Update Supplier Catalogues products and pricing in Oracle system.

Maintain/Update Supplier Contact List

Completion of new vendor forms and supporting documentations.

Assist with completion of Internal Audits for Procurement ( Annual )

Liaise with One -off Suppliers for Specialist Items not in UPS catalogue

Updating Contract database in Procurement system .

Supporting Procurement Specialists when required.

Other Ad-hoc duties within procurement function.

The Successful Applicant

Good communication and interpersonal skills are required to liaise with all levels of customers/suppliers, both internal and external.

Will need to be proficient in MS Office , Excel and PowerPoint

Experience/ Knowledge of Accounts Payable and basic Accounting knowledge will be an advantage.

Good analytical skill for cost analysis.

Experience of Oracle is preferred.
