About Our Client

The client is an independent law firm. The office you will be based in is in Central London

Job Description

  • To be efficient in the operation of all copy and print devices within the Print Room
  • To liaise with client and/or supplier in order to provide the most effective use of resources for both internal and external clients in order to meet agreed document specifications
  • To operate all associated finishing equipment whilst carrying out routine maintenance
  • To provide a full support to the Firm's multi-functional devices including customer call-out and fault diagnosis and liaising as necessary with maintenance engineers / suppliers
  • To carry out preventative maintenance checks to all devices within the Print Room fleet copying and finishing equipment
  • To assist in maintaining reprographics stock levels and ordering of supplies with approved suppliers
  • Staffing the front desk providing excellent customer services
  • To outsource requests if and when required with Firm approved suppliers
  • To ensure all departmental procedures are followed and implemented by yourself and other members of the team
  • Subject to H&S training, to operate finishing equipment (guillotine, paper drill, slitter cutter, folding unit) and carry out daily safety checks
  • To assist with general tidiness of the workplace in the interest of H&S

The Successful Applicant

The candidate must have:

Experience in a similar role, either facilities or specifically printing.

Knowledge of: Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferably they will also have:

Experience in a similar legal environment
