Job Description

  • Provide primarily post-sales customer support for the implementation of complex products/applications/solutions
  • Use product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through product demonstrations
  • Drive 3rd Party Providers to execute on contract terms and conditions and work with the delivery managers to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client's business
  • Responsible for high-level relationship management with clients, serve as the primary contact and client liaison during delivery of our solutions
  • Communicate customer feedback to engineering, and sales to enhance existing product(s)
  • Ownership of content management across client websites, including bug testing and remediation, change implementation, maintenance and reporting
  • Participate in acceptance testing prior to product release and deployment
  • Manage and deliver all translations and localization of global products and maintain site content copy content
  • Use data provided from platforms such as Google Analytics, Site Catalyst and WebTrends to create metrics reports and inform management of future developments
  • Report the delivery of existing implementations and provide timely performance metrics to senior management

The Successful Applicant

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent), preferably gained within an IT or science discipline.
  • Fluent in Italian and English with a good understanding of French highly desirable
  • Flexible and versatile, capable of dealing with multiple clients in Italy and France
  • Ability to work some weekends in support of release functions
  • Some travel may be required subject to client requirements
  • Communication skills to address senior stakeholders internally and externally, locally and remotely
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting procedures, including testing and remediation
  • Some understanding of html / xml, or other relevant programming languages.
