Education organisation based in Worcestershire

Job Description

A HR Generalist role to include: ER, recruitment, project management, advising payroll, and looking at salary specific schemes.

The role will support line managers in dealing with both long term and short term absences, liaising with occupational health as necessary and continue with the development of the new HRIS ITrent.

The Personnel Officer will manage the whole recruitment process, get pension quotes, and assist in developing systems.

This is a very hands on role.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must:

  • Be CIPD qualified to at least Level 5
  • Have a good knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Have a good knowledge of a relevant HR system
  • Have an understanding of payroll
  • Have a good knowledge of the full recruitment process
  • Have a good understanding of salary sacrifice
  • Have previously worked in an advisory role
  • Have a full clean driving licence and own vehicle


  • A good working knowledge of iTrent system
