About Our Client

My client is an international firm based in the Cambridgeshire area.

Job Description

Responsibilities as PA include:

· Extensive diary management

· Planning complex travel itineraries, booking accommodation, taxis, arranging visas


· Liaising with senior-level clients

representative on the phone and via email

· Small amount of personal work

· Some work for the other directors- mainly booking travel

· Organisation of client events such as shooting days, and internal events such as

annual strategy meetings

· Placing recruitment ads in Asian newspapers for the bureaus there

· Minute taking (short hand not necessary)

· General admin including filing and other ad hoc tasks

The Successful Applicant

My client is looking for a candidate who is immediately available, proactive and can adapt to their environment quickly.

The individual has to be able to hit the ground running and have past experience as a PA or office manager

What's on Offer

A two month interim assignment for the months of July and August. The individual has to be able to see out the entirety of the assignment.
