About Our Client

My client is a leading Global Manufacturer with a Head Office function in Leeds, they are looking to recruit a highly important Personal Assistant position to cover a Maternity.

Job Description

As a PA you will be responsible for the Senior Heads of the business, mainly the Director and CEO. You will be specifically expected to take responsible for:

  • Diary management and managing travelling arrangements
  • Managing email accounts
  • Undertaking general secretarial duties including handling telephone calls, correspondence, expense claims, and holiday records
  • Producing of board packs
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms for meetings, arranging senior meetings
  • Answering and screening incoming calls and in person enquiries
  • Providing support to other areas of the business
  • Handling confidential information
  • Attending meetings as required to take minutes/action points
  • Managing ad hoc projects as required

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate in this role will be:

  • Immediately available for work - essential
  • Able to demonstrate a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlooks, Word, Excel - essential
  • Experienced with speed writing, multi tasking and diary management - essential
  • Excellent keyboard skills with an attention to detail and accuracy - essential
  • Plans, organises and prioritises work effectively and ability to work on own initiative
