About Our Client

Our client is a well known and growing business based in Farnham and are looking to add a temporary payroll assistant to their accountancy team.

Job Description

Duties of the Payroller-

  • To liaise with General Manager/Production Management regarding productive productivity payment rates and rates of pay for all weekly paid staff
  • Collecting new starter information and inputting onto the system accurately
  • Set up and administer timesheets for management
  • Calculating wages with the use of spreadsheets and collection and distribution of time recording data
  • Maintaining holiday and sickness records
  • Create and provide finance teams with accurate payroll journals/reports
  • Updating payroll information boards on a weekly basis
  • Address employee's pay-related concern
  • Ensure all payroll files contain the necessary papers for audit purposes
  • Issuing P45 and P60
  • Carry out administration tasks as required
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Adhere to all deadlines

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have experience in Payroll and be available on short-notice.
