Job Description

Ensure all work within your remit is accurate and up to date.
Keep up with all payroll legislative changes
Submit RTI accurately and timely

Ensure all incoming and outgoing mail is accurately processed and disseminated on a daily basis.

Ensure telephone is answered in a timely and professional manner and all messages etc are relayed to the appropriate person.
Ensure filing is carried out accurately and on a timely basis.
Ensure all general daily office duties are carried out.
Be familiar with all administrative duties in order to cover for holiday/sickness as well as assisting colleagues.
Liaise immediately with colleagues when any anomalies arise.
Work as part of a flexible administration team in order to ensure the smooth running of the department at all times.
Ensure work is carried out to Company Health, Safety & Quality Standards.
Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Any other duties that are required.

The Successful Applicant

Recent Payroll experience & knowledge of current legislation essential.

Experience in a fast paced environment preferred.

SAP Payroll experience preferred.

Ensure an efficient and effective weekly, monthly and 4 weekly Payroll System is in place.

Effectively and accurately manage the Payroll system ensuring all deadlines are met.

Ensure all sick notes are accurately recorded timely.
