Job Description

  • Processing new starter details on Sage
  • Processing leaver records in a timely manner
  • Updating the system to reflect any changes to employee details in a timely manner adhering to payroll deadlines
  • Processing sickness, maternity, paternity and adoption payments
  • Adhering to HRMC processes and legislation
  • Assist with the provision of payroll related information and guidance to the operational employees at all levels in the business
  • Preparing reports relating to payments of statutory deductions to third parties in a timely manner complying with any deadlines indicated
  • Working closely with Human Resources to ensure the prompt resolution of pay related grievances
  • Liaising with HRMC when required

Immediately available

Experience of Sage payroll is beneficial

Experience in a similar role is essential
