About Our Client
Our client are a leading U.K based business employing thousands of people who manage a large portfolio of clients in the property environment. They have just had a restructure and as such, require a Payroll Team Leader to come in and take ownership of the Payroll function and work alongside the HR Manager.
As the Payroll Team Leader, you will supervise our experienced yet busy Payroll team to ensure the Payroll runs efficiently for our members of staff employed by our business. You will need to enjoy and get a buzz out of developing and motivating the team of Payroll Administrators and instilling a culture where nothing but a high standard is acceptable within the business.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally CIPP qualified or studying to achieve this, you will have a good level of education and ideally, experience or working within a Payroll Bureau environment although this is desirable and not essential. Team management skills and capabilities are a must although we will consider someone who is looking to step up from a smaller supervisory position previously. In terms of your Payroll knowledge, you will be required to have understanding of Payroll related issues and well as experience with RTI and Auto Enrolment.
