About Our Client
Our client is currently a leader in their field across the UK, employing over 3000 people. As they look to continue to evolve their team, a new position as a Payroll Supervisor has emerged.
Reporting into the regional HR manager, the successful candidate will be required to co-ordinate all processes undertaken by the payroll team of 4 and also be responsible for bedding in a new payroll system. You will be working to deadlines and will consistently be able to ensure accurate and timely payment to colleagues and third parties, as well as dealing with all payroll queries.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have good technical experience with relevant systems such as SAP and will enjoy engaging, developing and motivating their team. Being a market leader, the client is constantly striving to achieve a 5-star service and as such candidates are requested to have at least 3 years of experience in payroll.
