About Our Client

My client is a leader in their field with their head office based in Luton.

Job Description

  • Own the payroll process for all UK locations and ensure all payroll and employee related reporting are carried out timely and accurately.
  • Responsible for coordination efforts between payroll service provider, human resources, pensions and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
  • Review the accuracy of payroll reports produced by ADP, ensuring all necessary changes have been accurately captured such as joiners, leavers, allowances, bonus, deductions, bonus, pensions etc.
  • Communicate any errors / issues with ADP and ensure that they are corrected prior to payment.
  • Ensure long term incentive plan and short term bonus payments are carried out on time and delivered accurately.
  • Responsible to have payroll approved and paid on time and ensure that the contributions to pensions are made within the time line stipulated.
  • Prepare payroll journals and post into the appropriate SAP on a timely manner. Also ensure that all necessary payroll recharges are made accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years' payroll experience
  • Working with external payroll service provider
  • Working with SAP
