About Our Client

We are currently looking for a Payroll specialist with ADP systems experience to join a senior Payroll team in Victoria, London.

The company you will be joining has 500 employees, and operate on a global scale, specialising in business process & transformation.

The role is full time, Mon - Fri (37.5hours)

Job Description

  • Administration, input and payroll processing - this is for four payrolls over five different entities
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Dealing with queries - payslips, tax and system access
  • ADP coding - setting up new codes
  • Improving the payroll process - preparation for the outsourcing of these payrolls
  • Supporting the managers with standardisation process across all entities
  • Running a compensation and bens project
  • Data cleansing
  • Bonus provisions
  • Pension contribution
  • Childcare monthly voucher payments

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive knowledge of ADP Freedom
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in payroll
  • CIPP qualification beneficial but not essential
  • Detail orientated
  • Fast learner
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Immediately available- 1 week notice or less
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Committed to a contract with view for extension
