Job Description

The successful applicant for this permanent role will be responsible for all of the below tasks:

  • Part of a team of three that will process the payroll for around 1500 employees
  • Prepare and complete manually calculated payslips
  • Process client data in line with departmental processes
  • Communication with clients in line with departmental processes and procedures
  • Analyse & manage payroll output for accuracy and to meet legislative requirements
  • Highlight and escalate/respond to any matter that may affect the smooth running of client payrolls
  • Perform reconciliations and end of year processes as required
  • Work with other team members to meet payroll deadlines

The Successful Applicant

To be successfully considered for this permanent role you mus fulfill all of the below criteria:

  • Previous exposure to all of the above duties
  • Exposure to managing pensions within a payroll enviornment
  • Exposure to the system Payright
  • Intermediate excel skills: including the ability to perform Vlookups and Pivot Tables
