About Our Client

A well established and respected organisation

Job Description

  • Processing of 2 monthly payrolls across the group, approx. 400 employees
  • Start to Finish payroll - data entry, checking and dealing with Tax and NI queries
  • Processing of data import from staff database to Sage and reconciling totals
  • Ensuring payroll data from departments across the group are gathered in a timely manner
  • Accurate and efficient processing of starters and leavers, P45's / P60's
  • Checking and calculating payroll exceptions and deductions
  • Calculation of time-sheets for un-sociable hours
  • Monthly reconciliations of pension reports - Auto Enrolment
  • SMP/SSP Calculations
  • RTI
  • Loan Deductions

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong Payroll background
  • Working knowledge of Sage Payroll
  • Good Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Payroll background
  • Pension
  • Payroll qualification desirable (Not essential)
