Job Description

As Payroll Manager, reporting into the partner, your main duties will include:

  • Processing end to end payroll for your own client portfolio into Sage Payroll
  • Updating records for starters and leavers, attachment of earning and other information
  • Submissions for RTI, p32, p60, p45, etc
  • Auto enrolment administration
  • Resolving client payroll queries
  • Liaising with external bodies such as HMRC

The Successful Applicant

The Payroll Manager must have:

  • Strong experience and understanding in a high volume payroll processing role
  • Knowledge of Sage Payroll would be an advantage
  • Excellent numeracy skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Auto enrolment pension scheme understanding is essential
  • Strong organisational skills and able to meet deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
