About Our Client

This high growth organisation is experienced a period of change and they are looking for a forward-thinking Payroll Manager to lead the large team and develop new processes as the business grows.

Job Description

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead a large team of circa 15 payroll administrators - ongoing staff development will be a large part of this position
  • Drive and influence change across the team and wider business, seeking out efficiencies and process improvements
  • Liaise with HR and Finance Directors on a regular basis
  • Play a lead role in any system implementations or improvements

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will fulfil the following criteria:

  • Significant payroll management experience including managing a large team of payroll administrators and specialists
  • Leadership and staff development skills are essential
  • An eye for improvements and increasing efficiencies
  • Excellent reporting and good Excel skills

What's on Offer

This position is offering a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience.
