About Our Client

An international business services organisation based in Slough

Job Description

The role is to provide a timely and accurate payroll service for the UK and EMEA employees.

Duties to include:

Management of monthly payroll services for all UK and European offices

Maintain relationships with outsourced payroll provider

End of year Payroll related duties, including reporting to statutory bodies where appropriate

Ensure all payroll deductions are processed correctly (SSP, SMP, SAP etc)

Respond to queries from employees, HR and HMRC

Ad-hoc payroll and management reporting

Responsibility for the administration of Auto-Enrolment requirements

Reconcile payroll accounts

Manage a small payroll team

Payroll Audit and compliance procedures

Process and pay annual bonus payments

Staff cost reporting for the Finance Director

The Successful Applicant

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Background in UK and European Payroll

Payroll qualification is an advantage

Good systems knowledge, ADP or similar

Excellent customer service
