This is temporary Payroll Manager position working for a large, blue chip company based in Slough.

Job Description

This temporary Payroll Manager position will involve the following:

  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable earnings.
  • Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee income and national insurance taxes and employer's national insurance payments.
  • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
  • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist the Compensation Manager.

The Successful Applicant

This successful candidate for this temporary Payroll Manager position will need to have the following skills:

  • Cascade system experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior Payroll Managerial experience
  • Strong attention to detail

What's on Offer

This is a temporary position based in Slough with car parking on site. There is a likelihood of this role going permanent.
