Job Description

Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of employees' monthly pay through our Payroll System.

Key contact for external agencies, HRMC & Treasury with responsibility for all timely and accurate monthly/annual returns.

Ensuring that process controls are in place to ensure effective governance and compliance measures are in place and applied to provide integrity and security of payroll services

You will identify and communicate to senior management key changes to pay/tax legislation, ensuring systems are updated to reflect the change.

You will interpret and advise management and staff on pay legislation to ensure correct advice is given

  1. Deliver HR Management Information

  1. Staff Management Lead and manage the Payroll team consisting of three people, responsible for managing the HR/Payroll system.

This will involve setting/agreeing work priorities and ensuring the team continues to deliver high quality, cost effective services.

Responsible for your staff's performance assessments and continuous professional and personal development.

You will act as Reporting Officer for the Deputy Payroll Manager and the HR Systems and MI Manager.
