About Our Client

My client is a large organisation with their European Headquarters based in their large Bracknell offices.

Job Description

The role will involve:

  • Preparing monthly payrolls for the payment to employees through submission to the payroll system.
  • Managing incentives/bonus, commission, overtime, shift payments, special payments, maternity/adoption/paternity and relocation payments plus any type of payments as required legislatively.
  • Ensuring that tax, national insurance, pension deductions and voluntary deductions are recoiled prior to payment to the relevant state or corporate body. To reconcile monthly cost analysis report before handling over to Controllers and General accounts.
  • Reconciling the payroll control accounts each month and confirm reconciliations to general accounts.

The Successful Applicant

The role would suit someone with experience of working within a payroll department with knowledge of preparing end to end monthly payrolls including manual calculations of tax, national insurance and pension deductions.
