This Payroll Clerk position is looking for someone who has exposure to Payroll previously but is offering a structured environment with full support and good career opportunities in line with the organisations growth out of their Watford offices. An exciting opportunity within a stable and growing business and a role with a competitive package.

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities;

  • Dealing with Payroll queries via phone, email and post
  • Inputting timesheets and calculating expenses
  • Making sure work is compliant to HMRC regulations
  • Running client payrolls from start to finish including all manual calculations and RTI and EPS
  • Payroll data entry

The Successful Applicant

Payroll Clerk experience and characteristics required

  • Knowledge of PAYE
  • Payroll experience or exposure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with outsourced and/or client payrolls is highly desirable but not essential
