Job Description

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be reporting into the Payroll Manager, responsible for administering a high volume of payroll and supporting the Payroll Manager.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: process starters, leavers and personnel changes; process statutory payments and deductions - SMP, SSP and SPP; process all absence related data, process all overtime payments, process pension starters, leavers and changes; prepare data spreadsheets, respond to and resolve payroll queries; work closely with the HR team to ensure involvement in HR processes.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • Have recent knowledge of processing a large volume payroll - Essential
  • Have strong IT skills, particularly SAP - Highly Beneficial
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
