About Our Client

My client is a large, successful and growing organisation in Nottingham. The payroll function sits with a medium sized and forward thinking finance team, which has a open, honest and positive working environment.

Job Description

The Payroll Clerk will be working alongside another Payroll Clerk, and duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Business partnering members of staff, based across multiple sites
  • Processing a large 4 weekly payroll, weekly payroll and monthly payroll
  • Investigating and resolving payroll queries
  • Statutory calculations such as SSP,SMP, SPP etc
  • P11ds, P45s, P46s
  • Payment runs
  • Maintaining starter and leaver records accurately
  • Ad hoc payroll administration and time sheet processing

The Successful Applicant

To apply for this role, you must have previous working knowledge of payroll. The ideal candidate will have previous working knowledge of dealing with 1) large payrolls, and 2) Sage Payroll, but these requirements are not essential.
