About Our Client

The role of a Payroll Administrator is to exceed the expectations of its customer base, by providing an excellent standard of service. This needs to be achieved by being proactive where necessary, professional and knowledgeable.

Job Description

The main duties will include:

  • Calculating overtime, shift payments and pay increases
  • Loading approved hours onto timesheet capture system
  • Processing holiday and statutory payments
  • Clearing down the payroll team inbox
  • Issuing P45s and other tax forms
  • Calculating and preparing ad-hoc payments
  • Running reports
  • Answering queries, internal or external
  • Ensuring that payroll deadlines are met
