About Our Client

This Liverpool city centre based company are looking for a new payroll assistant to join the existing accountancy team on a temp to perm basis.

The team has grown year on year and this role will be based in the companies head office based in very prestigious Liverpool city centre offices.

Job Description

Reporting into the Finance Director the Payroll Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Processing the weekly payroll for up to 400 staff using Sage Payroll
  • Auto enrolment
  • RTI
  • Payroll administration
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Some ad hoc accountancy duties as required by the Finance Director.

The Successful Applicant

To apply for this role you will have experience of Sage Payroll and be able to start on a temp to perm basis immediately.

The successful candidate will be used to processing a fast paced payroll from start to finish.
