About Our Client

My client is a provider of outsourced payroll who work with a number of large clients in the local area.

Job Description

The role will involve:

  • Dealing promptly with client queries regarding statutory payroll regulations
  • Assisting with the set up of new payrolls
  • Carrying out year end and reconciliation procedures
  • Inputting of monthly/weekly payroll data into the payroll system to pre-defined timescales
  • Processing all staffing changes including starters, secondments, transfers, leavers and other amendments
  • Inputting, calculation and recording of both statutory and occupational sickness payments, maternity, paternity and adoption payments
  • Checking and processing travel and expenses claims
  • Processing of relevant Inland Revenue forms including P45, P46 etc.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be:

  • From either an in house or payroll bureau background
  • Experienced in end to end payroll processing
  • Able to manually calculate tax, NI and pension contributions
  • Available on short notice
