My client is a large organisation based in Lincoln.

Job Description

The roles that I am recruiting will be assisting with processing the payroll from beginning to end, so duties will include:

  • calculating gross pay
  • setting up news starters, leavers and salary increases
  • prepare and post salary journals
  • pay the total PAYE by the deadline
  • issue P45s
  • reconciling control accounts
  • other general ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant

To apply for this role, you need not have experience of working in payroll, but you must have had some exposure of working in a finance function. You must be available to start work immediately or be on a one week's notice period.

What's on Offer

This is initially a 5 month fixed term contract, and the annual salary is between £16,000 and £18,000.
